The washrooms are fairly good also the hotel it is located at an ideal location and near to most of the main attractions in Dubai. The hotel staff is very good with their services.The club at level 23 is a must visit if you want to enjoy your night with good food,music with an amazing view of the Palm. If you like to do some grocery at late night then this is the hotel as there are few good cafes,pharmacy store and a 24x7 grocery store just at 1 min walk from the hotel at the gas station adjoing to this hotel.Also this place is less noisy.

The hotel location is excellent, directly facing Burj AL Arab (the most famous sail-shaped hotel at Dubai). From the balcony, we can see the sunset with Burj AL Arab. The staff are very friendly. It was a surprise to see the birthday gift (a cake, a bottle of read wine, and fruits) prepared by the hotel, when walking into the room after check-in, which is very touching. The hotel is a part of hotel groups in the area including Burj AL Arab, with many excellent restaurants.
