Fantastic Staff throughout the Resort - very pleasant, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Qe were made feel very welcome. We enjoyed the various restaurants throughout the resort - plenty of choice to suit all tastebuds. Excellent breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend JA Resort for a very relaxing holiday. We had an Exceptional stay here at the end of July 2024. All of the Staff from Hotel Reception Concierge Valet Parking and Housekeeping were friendly, welcoming and very happy to assist with any request. The apartment style room was very spacious with two King size rooms with enquire kitchen living and dining are seating 8. There were clean towels every day along with plenty of bottled water. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. there is a very good size Mall with supermarket restaurants and many shops 2 min from the hotel. Taxis were readily available from hotel taxi rank.
