Great customer service by all Staff led by Max the Hotel Manager
Room was spacious and Bed was very firm and comfortable.
Breakfast made by Head Chef Rambo and team was cooked to a high standard.
We want to thank all the staff for their professionalism. Habibur Rahman,Mahmud,Olax,Uraiz.Amira,Ahmed and Patricia. I hope we haven’t missed anyone out because all the Staff were really good at their job.

I had a birthday when we stay there and it was nice suprise when we get to the room and the bed was decorated with 'Happy Birthday' and fruit bowl on the table and they also bring the cake when we checked-in.
Also we appreciate that we can use a pool area before the check-in because we arrived early in the morning. But we store the lugagge and already started to enjoy our day in the hotel.
Staff was amazing there! Thank you for a wonderfull stay!
