Smaller apartment with nice design elements. Location is good in terms of parking and metro (Shoba and DMCC). Walking distance to Marina Beach. Lots of good supermarkets around. Great value is the small park, running lines and outdoor gym. Costa and Starbucks nearby. Next building has good females beauty parlor, recommended. Also copy center nearby for printing, business cards etc. Host is fast responsive, no worries that no one answers or you will be alone with your problems. I recommend this apartment, especially, if you travel with children/teenagers. You can cook your own, everything functions in the kitchen. Or just go out and enjoy more than 20 restaurants around the house.

Excellent place to stay. First, with regards to the location it was very convenient for us to get from the airport and to move around the city and visit the main attractions. Paul's place is around 5-10min by foot from the metro line. Dubai Marina is on the other side, if you like to walk it will take you around 20 min., for us it was very convenient. With regards to the apartment itself, we were a group of 3 people and we had enough room to sleep comfortably and place our belongings. We also prepared our own breakfast and had the appliances we needed. Everything was clean and perfect for us. There are also supermarkets nearby. Above all, Paul went beyond our expectations. He is a wonderful host and took the time to give us all the instructions and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed there. 100% recommended.

We spent a night in this fantastic studio, which was fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The place was impeccably clean, and the WiFi connectivity was excellent. Faisal was an outstanding host, providing clear and precise information for all our queries, as well as smooth check-in and check-out procedures. The location was excellent, with close proximity to the Metro station and a variety of restaurants by the lake. We would definitely recommend staying here as it offers great value for money."

Dubai is the city of dreams, and La Buena Vida Holiday Homes is a perfect choice to stay! Everything is like in the description and the pictures are 100% true. It was a real dream holiday for us in Dubai and this is largely thanks to our accomodation. In the apartment you find everything you need, the view is magnificent. The beach is only 15 minutes walk away, the metro is at the “doorstep”, many shops and restaurants are at the corner. The checking in and out was without any problems. We enjoyed the pool and used the fitness room. It was just perfect! Thank you Schahin and Shima for the excellent hospitality!

The apartment was clean and exactly like in the photos. The owner was great and replied very quickly. Even when I couldn’t find the hairdryer, I got an answer within 5 minutes. The location was excellent, close to Carrefour and the metro station, and the beach was also not far away. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very nice communication with the owner. Very responsive. I needed a late check in and check out and it was nicely arranged. Super nice rooftop pool that is not crowded as the apartment is located in apartment building. Acceptable gym with nice view. 20 minutes walk/ 5 min taxi drive to Dubai Marina.
