The hotel location is absolutely amazing, the views are exquisite, the breakfast delectable, the heated infinity pool on the rooftop & last but not least, the hotel staff are so well trained, accommodating, professional, friendly & hospitable, we felt so welcomed from check in with Luna from Mexico who granted us the most amazing room upgrade to a serviced apartment on the 13th floor, room #1367 simply blew our mind. Prichard from Cameroon & Rodrigo from Argentina were always always super helpful & friendly & always smiling whilst going the extra mile for us...Thanks a lot guys, hope to return to your stunning hotel sometime soon :-)

it is really hard to say anything as everything was more beyond expectations. The best hotel experience I have ever had. Staff is brilliant, the atmosphere is exeptional, everything is there, kyma Beach, aura skypool, sushisamba, nakheel mall, the rooms are luxurious equipped, materials are high quality. I will feturn as soon as possible and recommend St Regis on the Palm
