The hotel stands out for its excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were consistently courteous, friendly, and professional, always ready to help. A special highlight was the Kyma Beach Club - a beautiful spot with great atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the seaside. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place I would definitely recommend.

I liked how welcoming all staff members were, even though I arrived at the resort later than planned. My room was always clean, and house keeping staff were readily available throughout the day, breakfast was delicious. I loved every single thing about the hotel. It was spotless clean , best location possible in Dubai , both of the pools were amazing , refreshing and clean . Beach was phenomenal with comfortable sunbeds and easy access. The breakfast was rich with both in flavour and variety. The staff was so nice and well manared they make you feel like a king/queen. The front desk, managers , pool workers , room service if there was a 100 stars rating i would give that. Room cleaning everyday , fresh water, coffee, tea and plenty more. The bathroom and the shower were to die for. The view of the Dubai Marina and Wheel were breathtaking. The hotel taxis were luxary fast friendly and resonably priced. If you were in doubt to stay here i suggest you book it now and enjoy it like a king, you wont be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️
