Everything was perfect! Hotel is modern, very clean, supplied with everything you need. Free shuttle bus to Burj Khalifa, great pool with colder water and the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, towels and water. Staff was incredibly nice, especially Theresa and Jovi! Especially for this price, hotel is amazing!

We took the room with a view of the Burj and the fountain with the club included and we were very satisfied. The view from the terrace to see the Burj and fountain show makes a big difference. Also very appreciable is the club with a terrace always with a view of the Burj and the fountain, exclusive for certain rooms and which includes breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner etc. The premises are very luxurious, the environment and the quality are of a high level and the staff is super kind and always ready to help you and pamper you even in the large swimming pool, always with a view.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it a truly relaxing experience.
A special thank you to Thae from The Courtyard – she was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her warm and attentive service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.

Everything, it’s incredible. The staff are so well mannered and helpful. The facilities is an old Arabic design blended with modern architecture. The pool is fabulous. Spa is separate which is nice. You can walk into the mall from the main entrance. Most visitors are older and more sensible.
