We had a great stay at this hotel, and we especially want to thank Regine at the front desk. She is by far the best receptionist we’ve ever met – always smiling, kind, and truly attentive. This is an excellent hotel located in the city center. The staff at the hotel's front desk are outstanding. They greet and see off guests with a smile every day, patiently answer all kinds of my inquiries, and provide the services I request. For example, when I was short of hangers in my room, the front desk even sent over more than ten hangers, which moved me a lot. The rooms are also very spacious and are carefully cleaned every day. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Janeare extremely excellent. I recommend that everyone must stay here when visiting Sharjah.

Massive apartment with two washrooms, one with just a toilet other with toilet, bidet and most importantly to me, a bathtub. Kitchen with cooker and fridge, perfect for self catering. My stay was short but I did manage to make scrambled eggs with baked beans.

Breakfast a la carte, fantastic bed, nice welcome drink. They say "welcome at home", and that is what it is. A warm welcome in very nice hotel which is like a renovated village of old town houses. We loved the experience and couldn't fault a thing. You will not be disappointed choosing this hotel.

A perfect resort in the middle of Sharjah.. the kids loved this resort so much that we extended 1 extra night. All facilities are perfectly managed, and there are rabbits walking around. A recommended resort !
