The room was clean with great view Front desk lady was really helpful. I arrived at 12 knowing that the check in is at 2 o'clock however she speeds it up and let me in as soon as the room was ready. Nice location. Walking distance from Al Qasba Channel. Great location for families!

Looking at the past review, I was a bit hesitatant, but a truly nice spacious apartment. Lively neighbourhood. Ample amount for 8 people. We wanted to extend, but unfortunately, there were bookings. Will happily stay again

This wasn't my first stay but every time I stayed at this hotel, I am amazed by the consistent level of excellence. Everything is perfect, but especially the hotel staff (I remember Ali from the reception, but everyone is amazing). Their breakfast is one of the best I've had, and the whole stay was a very pleasant experience as usual.

Lovely Hotel very well located with nice facilities and super friendly staff who will make sure you have everything you need with smile. Special thanks to Bibek and Ali who managed smoothly the complicated arrangements for my trip making a pleasant and efficient check in and check out experience. Also the nice buffets and restaurants manager were incredible! We had a really nice time!
