Tomas at the front desk was a gem. Always cheerful and ready to assist with whatever you need. You could get coffee and a light breakfast in lobby lounge mornings, and a glass of wine and snack in the afternoons, until 8:00 in the evening. In your room was a complementary bottle of wine and several snack items. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

My stay at the hotel was perfect. The apartment was very good because there was 2 rooms and one space to cook and have a meals. Perfect location. I had coffee in the coffee shop very near to the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Mario on reception was amazing. Allowed to use pool before checkin. Got into room early and allowed to check out a little late. Room was huge and modern, small kitchen. Comfortable bed. Wifi worked well. Short walk to cruise terminal.
