We were able to check-in when we arrived despite our very early arrival and staff accommodated our bedding request and allocated a spacious room on a high level. The staff were very friendly and made sure that our brief overnight stay was enjoyable. The hotel is lovely and has good access to the key city sites and some very good restaurants.

Tomas at the front desk was a gem. Always cheerful and ready to assist with whatever you need. You could get coffee and a light breakfast in lobby lounge mornings, and a glass of wine and snack in the afternoons, until 8:00 in the evening. In your room was a complementary bottle of wine and several snack items. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

If you are cruising out of Buenos Aires, this is a great place to stay. It is located directly across the street from the cruise terminal. In less than 10 minutes, we were in the terminal, and our bags were checked in. The hotel staff is wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The studio rooms are very comfortable. There are two very nice pools, and the views from the rooftop terrace are lovely. There is a very convenient and good cafe/small restaurant right next to the hotel. The only inconvenience is that you will need to Uber or taxi to all Buenos Aires tourist sites.
