Amazing service, at 10:40 pm i got immediate response to my questions. Spacious well equipped appartment. Great beds. The onlu thing I did not like is that we stayed there only for 12 hours. Just passing by. If we need to book anything our way that can go throug Graz we will use this appartment for sure :)

self check-in was quite fun, it takes about 5-10 min. to put in all details and get the keys out. :) Room was very fresh, many stores and restaurants nearby, very close to the high-way. Perfect for a stop on the way. Goal was not to explore the city but all people we met that one evening and morning were super kind.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was given a fantastic upgrade and spent the night in the Penthouse which was very beautiful and much appreciated. Excellent breakfast and service. This was definitely the highlight of my trip. The place is quite new and has a modern yet tasteful interior. Thumbs up all around. Definitely a Hotel I will come back to each time I am in Graz.

Almost brand new, big and well equipped apartment for long as well as short term stay in Graz. Free parking place with roof. The bus stop (no. 630/620) nearby, close distance to the tram stop (no. 5) - probably the best way for the city center tour. Very good and fast contact with personel.
