The apartment is perfectly clean, quiet, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a large balcony (we had breakfast here every day), and a spacious elevator. The whole structure is new, modern, spacious and with all comforts. The apartment was very clean, with a big bathroom and a kitchen with everything you may need. Very much appreciated the coffee machine with caps. In the common area a vending machine and many board games are available. A private parking is available but it's very easy to park on the street too. The neighborhood is very quiet. 15/20 minutes to the center by foot. The owner Anja was very friendly and careful, ready to answer to any question. After many years of business travels to Graz this is the best place I have found!
