Modern rooms in a historical building. Very clean, comfortable and the soundproofing was great, you couldn’t hear anything from outside or from other rooms. I was really impressed by the self check-in process.

The hotel is ideally located right in the city center. Everything was beautifully displayed and well taken care of. Cosy and comfy flair throughout the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and well arranged with everything you'd need. The bed was very comfortable with pillow options. All the amenities were excellent and well thought of: bathrobe, enough towels, soap, hairdryer, tea, coffee. They offer a big fridge on every floor level if you'd want to keep your food cool and safe charging stations for your phone in case of emergencies. The spa area was beautiful with pool, sauna, reading nooks, seating areas, all arranged with fresh fruits and freshly infused waters and tea. Breakfast was delicious with a great amount of options + vegan options to choose from. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, foot distance to all the POI of Innsbruck. They offered excellent breakfast, all the staff, especially the three ladies at the reception and the breakfast area, were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and clean (although small), with all the amenities needed. On the ground floor they have a very nice bar restaurant, which opens early in the morning with coffee or drinks and descent local food all day long. Generally, we had a great experience at Weisses Rossl and we will come back soon.

Breakfast was amazing and all local. There was a buffet but eggs, coffee and a plate of ham and speck were prepared to order. The location was superb, you walk out of the hotel and right into the pedestrian zone in the heart of Innsbruck. The facilities seem high end the room decor was fancy.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable and nicely furnishing. Breakfast offering was exceptional. Hot chocolate at reception with sweets and chocolates was a nice touch. Location was ideal for Christmas markets. Plenty of shopping and dining options just outside.
