It was out of town which was a lovely change. Beautiful little village with a tram line that goes into Innsbruck. Apartment was cosy, clean and comfortable. kitchen was really well equipped for cooking. The views were gorgeous. The family who runs it were very friendly, even did our washing for us!!!!

The Mitterhoferstraße was the best accomodation we have stayed in in Europe thus far. The value for money was phenomenal and don’t even get us started on the buffet breakfast that is included in the cost of the room. There was a huge variety of food on offer at the buffet and we particular enjoyed the fluffy scrambled eggs, herbed button mushrooms and fresh smoked salmon. The rooms were clean, warm (we travelled in the middle of winter) and offered sweeping views of the surrounding alpine region. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and transport from the Innsbruck was seamless with 2 bus lines and 2 tram lines as options. The welcome card was also such a plus. The proximity of the hotel to the ski mountains was ideal for our trip. It is just a short 25 min walk to reach the lifts. We highly recommend this stay for anyone coming to Innsbruck.

Newish hotel having been bought by the current owners and massively modernised and rebuilt in 2018, so feels very new still. Good sized room. We had a balcony and a valley view, which is more expensive, but worth it. Hotel staff are very courteous. Bathrooms are super luxurious with rainwater shower head, the biggest I have seen. In house restaurant provides a wide range of fare at all normal hours. Very convenient tram stop less than 100m away.
