I recently stayed at a charming hotel near Innsbruck, Austria, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel's location is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The interior, with its rich history spanning over 500 years, transports you back in time, giving you a sense of strolling through history. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, always greeting guests with smiles and warmth. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-organized. The walls in both the rooms and common areas are adorned with historical photographs of Austria, which add a delightful touch and enhance the overall experience. The reception staff were very helpful in guiding us to explore the beautiful surroundings. Following their recommendations led us to stunning views that felt like paradise. The hotel boasts a dreamlike ambiance with a superbly beautiful backyard where you can leave all your stress behind. The picturesque pond with marsh plants, the wooden hotel façade, the beautiful trees in the garden, a small play area for children, grazing cows, and the towering mountains create a truly enchanting atmosphere. Breakfast was served in a delightful setting with an almost perfect selection. The restaurant manager was exceptionally kind and professional, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of without any discomfort. I highly recommend trying the Kaiserschmarrn, a traditional Austrian dish that is prepared to perfection at this restaurant. The chef, Hansjörg Ribis, is not only a professional but also incredibly friendly. My daughters requested Kaiserschmarrn, and within ten minutes, he personally served it to them, creating a memorable and friendly experience for us. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, although it was unfortunately too short. I definitely plan to return for a longer stay in the future.

Nothing was missing, 2 big beds, good kitchen, easy parking, nice location. Hosts responded quickly to any question.

Great location, extremely nicely decorated hotel, perfect spa, with sauna, pool and a terrace, comfy beds, super friendly staff, really a 5-star experience for reasonable price!

Clean, modern, with nice view. Parking was great and free. City center is within walking distance.

The room was huge and had everything we needed. The hostel staff gave us complementary food when we arrived and were starving but didn't have enough time to go to dinner yet.
