This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

Completely renovated hotel, felt like we were first in our room. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable, food was great both at breakfast and at dinner in-house. The hotel is fairly away from any other options so a drive is required both to the ski resort gondolas and other dining.

Perfection. The hotel was luxurious, the staff kind and very very helpful, the breakfast and dinners were both varied and tasty. The saunas area great. The mountain view amazing and also not far (by car) from Serfaus-fiss-ladis ski area. Extremely recommended.

It is a beautiful hotel, modern, but fitting in the surroundings. The rooms are very comfortable and ours had a great view over the valley and mountains. The spa is amazing, with a number of options to enjoy. We also had a great Christmas dinner in the hotel, the food was excellent. The free shuttle to the ski lift is extremely convenient.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.
