The apartment exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional, and both the bedroom and the living room were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was quite large. The balcony featured a pleasant lounge area. We never went to the swimming pool, but it looked nice. The property is well-located, just a 3 to 5-minute walk to the bus stop and supermarket. The surroundings are amazing. If you like biking or walking, there's a lovely park nearby. It was a worthwhile stay, and I recommend it.

Room is small but good for 2 pax. Went during winter & the heater does its job well. Hotel has a lift which is a plus point. Location is near the bus stop so it is convenient to go to train station.

Very clean, with big windows so it was bright and felt roomy even though we were three people who shared the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was also very kind and helpful as we had a lot of questions about restaurants and transport in Salzburg. I also loved the view, we woke up to snowy mountains and the Salzach river.

Personable and friendly staff who were always helpful. Quiet location (in a village) and only 15 minutes on the bus to Salzburg centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, super comfortable bed, spacious spa area with 4 different spa types and areas to relax. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the owners (family owned) obviously take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is perfect for their guests. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

The first thing I look for in a hotel room is cleanness. Our room at Villa Flöckner was spotless clean; bath, toilet etc. Towels are new and soft, bath is modern and comfortable. Self check-in was good, we arrived in hotel at night and easily checked-in. Villa Flöckner is in a walking distance to the center, very close to the central station and beside these there is a bus stop just across the hotel which made the transport to the city center very easy and quick for us. Breakfast was also good and satisfying. Herr Flöckner was very kind and everyday he asked us if everything was OK. I would definitely recommend Villa Flöckner to those who want to go to Salzburg and look for a nice place to stay.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel.
