Very kind and accommodating host. I was met by her to receive the keys, she was flexible with the time arrangement and ready to provide information about the neighbourhood. The flat is comfortable and spacious. Great surrounding, nice walks. Definitely recommended.

My adult son and I spent 10 days in 1 of their suites in September. The staff is beyond friendly...gorgeous cafe on the main floor and an Italian restaurant. Close to many stores and a short trip to downtown Vienna. It had 2 floors..gorgeous terrace to sit and have your morning coffee..2 bathrooms...kitchen..2 televisions. It was more than we could ever have hoped for. Even a laundry room downstairs run with an easy app so u dont have to wash all ur clothes when u get home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. Plus it has a convenient elevator. Definitely made our trip highly enjoyable!!!!

The location is conveniently located near Heilegenstadt U-bahn station (2 mins walk from the place) so it's handy enough to get to town, takes you around ~20 minutes and there's a bunch shops nearby such as Billa and restaurants etc.
Initially I had some small concerns regarding from the previous reviews, but to my surprise the Hotel Management addressed these concerns.
Overall it's very good for the price and quality ratio. I'd say this hotel/apartment is highly recommended.

The Villa has only the best reviews. We arrived a little earlier, but the staff checked that the room was already free and ready, so they allowed us to enter the room earlier. Very friendly, polite and always smiling staff. The staff helped us navigate the city. If we had any questions, they were happy to answer them, even gave us advice. The breakfast is very tasty, the rooms are tidy. I recommend it 100%. If we go to this country again, we will gladly choose this Villa.
