I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.

The apartment hotel is clean and modern. Staff are exceptionally nice.A huge indoor Mall just right across from the hotel with lots of eatery. Transportation is just right outside . Train takes about 10 min and you will be in the center where all the tourist attractions is. We enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at Schones Living, the appartement was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean!It is also very well equipped and homely- communication around the property such as how to check in, where the nearest facilities are and just in general were the best I had ever experienced.It is also ideally located within Vienna close to the Austria Center, the city and train stations! Guest was friendly and handover the keys on-time. Tram station, super market and restaurants are very near by. Appartment was nice and clean. Garage parking is the one of the main asset of this appartment.
