We liked our acommodation very much. It was spacious, clean and bright. Location is a little bit out of the centre but still it is ok as it is close to the metro. Check in/out were very simple as well. We were satisfied. Strong recommendation.

Location of the hotel is quite good, its' about 10-15 minutes on foot to metro Ober St. Veit or you can go by bus that stops in front of the hotel, there only 1 stop to the metro Ober St. Veit, also you can come from metro Ober St. Veit to the hotel by bus, bus stops in front of the metro and the second stop is next to the hotel. Personal is very good, they do everything to help guests, we left the luggage for the whole day at the hotel before departure without any extra fee.

The former guesthouse of Emperor Francis Joseph, this 4-star superior hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Schönbrunn Palace and the Vienna Zoo.

An excellent hotel in a historic building, convenient location: it’s in the vicinity of Schoenbrunn Palace and the underground station, from which you can get to the city center within 15minutes, is also near the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, lavish breakfasts. The rooms are super clean. Loved this place

Great location if you want to stay close to the palace. Also the metro station is just a minute away. The place itself is old, but well maintained and really spacious. Loved it.

As a Romanian, I might say that the location is very similar to what the Transylvanian Germand used to live like. so if you look after a sort of vintage style, it is perfect. we liked the hotel and the restaurant as well. the breakfast is full of everything you need( from the pictures we thought it doesnt have variety, but it does!👍)

Location is 15min easy walk from Schonbrunn. Quiet and tranquil place for resting. The receptionist was very helpful and explained how and where to park for free on saturday and sunday. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. It was clean and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

The receptionist was more than helpful. Very kind and willing to help. Excellent communication through booking massages center, fast reply with always a good attitude. I strongly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, great room, everything was spotless clean.
