I just want to give a huge thanks to Kelly and Michele at the front desk for offering outstanding customer service and exceeding all expectations. What a wonderful group of people to have representing the face of this hotel. The bed was fantastic, room was clean and orderly, and the pool and spa were lovely too. The host was very professional and very caring. She kept my luggage until check out, and replied to my questions very quickly. The apartment is well located in Vienna City Center, confortable, and all the amenities (and there's a lot) in the kitchen can be used for free (coffee, tea, salt, vinegar...).
