Very clean and nice small hotel. Good value for money. Good customer service. We had a problem with the water for a few hours and they refunded 30 precent without us even asking. We will definetly come back next time in vienna.

Absolutely everything was amazing and you can tell the host cares about every single detail. What we liked the most was how clean everything was and the fact that the shower was separated from the toilet, as a group of 6 that saved us lots of time in the morning.

Separate entrance was very handy, the place was clean and neat. It has everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the selection of teas, it was lovely to have some tea in the morning. Also a great bonus was the hairdryer and the iron.

Brand new apartment with all amenities needed; dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, towel, linen, TV, internet, boiler, toaster, cleaning products....how to say, everything was there, even small chocolates and cooking spices. Most important apartment was clean, spacious and with very good mattress. Location is not in the touristic city center by foot so you need to take a public transport to reach it, but easy to get there with many bus/trams stop nearby and in 15 min you are there, Very close to apartment you have a supermarket and many shops, Owner and assistance was good and quick when we ask for support and information. To celebrate new year's eve the owner brought us a bottle of wine.
