Location is perfect. 10 minute away from Stephans Dom at the very center of the city and 2 minutes away from 3 different metro lines not to mention several tram (Strassenbahn).
The hotel offers free tickets for the Secession, which is 100 m from the building, and the Albertina museum, located at a 5 minutes walking distance right in front of the Sacher Hotel.
I was there for the Vienna City Marathon. The staff was very supportive and they also offered a very early breakfast from 6 am for the occasion.
We also really appreciated the coffees and teas all afternoon long in the Mezzanine rooms.
Also the decoration of each floor is different and very nice.
I would definately recomand this hotel!
