This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. I ordered an omelette and miso soup, both of which were excellent. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Wien. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Wien.

I have never slept in a more comfortable hostel bed and also the bathroom is way above hostel standard. You can tell that the owners put their heart in this place to ensure most pleasant stay for their guests.

Has a great location just few minutes from Museum quarter and Mariahilfestrase. Staff ia super friendly & helpfull. Food is amazing, little oriental style but can fit any taste. I will for sure visit again

Really friendly staff, different design for all rooms which is a hit or miss but we loved those that we got! Very spacious depending on the room type and what you pay for. Really comfy bed and really nice breakfast! Loved it!

Fantastic apartment - clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything that you need (even a washing machine). Easy check-in/check-out procedure. The host provided clear instructions and was available in case of need. Perfect and safe location - very close to everything by walking or taking public transport. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Perfect location close to Westbahnhof for exploring the city. Very comfortable beds, quiet location. Excellent communication with owner with very detailed description of the check-in process and apartment location within the building.

We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.

The host is the most warm, kind and welcoming person. She always answered to any questions we had, in just a few minutes. Any details regarding transportation, parking, what to visit, what to do, you can find everything in a well prepared “book” or by simply contacting her. The self check in was really well described, easy and without any issues at all. The location was PERFECT. It is literally within minutes of walking to any attraction. There is a bus station literally at the entrance of the building. The street where the apartment is located is very clean, very safe, it has soo many caffès, restaurants, billa market. The condition of the apartment is stunning. It was very clean, very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, in the bathroom, we literally didn’t miss anything. We were a group of 4, the bedsheets were clean and so fresh, the sofa was already made and it was so nice to have after a long road trip.
