I am satisfied for everything. It’s a fantastic hostel that I have ever stayed. I like everything here, the location, the facility, the design, the decoration. Even sleeping at upper bed, the ladder is safe and the bed is very stable. All the staff are very friendly to reply my issues. I had a wonderful time at here. Thanks for giving me the great experience.

Honestly everything: great and modern furniture, all the facilities possibly needed during a staycation, location of the apartment. But mainly support we received from everyone! No matter anything happened during our stay (and when I mean happened, I’m talking about questions and issues happened because of OUR poor preparation/planning) - all the staff was there to help us. We felt more welcome than at home 😅

I spent some beautiful times in Vienna together with my wife and 2 children and stayed in the Sans Souci hotel from 17-21 may 2023. Personally I have spent about 1000 nights in hotels world wide, because of professional activities. I may say that I developed a “nose” for good hotels. On entering the lobby and being welcomed by the staff, I already feel what the level of the hotel is. Of coure, it’s quite subjective, but, what is my personal definition of a “good” hotel? It starts with people showing interest in you as a guest, people who clearly know what hospitality is about, and what guests appreciate. A warm personal welcome after which during the efficient check in procedure, a refreshing towel and drink was offered. The tone is set!. On the way to our room we received, from the staff member who took care of our luggage, all the information we needed to enjoy the facilities of the hotel. We had separate, but connecting rooms for the four of us: spacious, beautifully designed, all the details match, including good reading lights in bed, practical desk, a wonderful bathroom, enough closet space,… On top of that you are invited to call room service to receive any kind of coffee specialty, free of charge. We are a” breakfast-enjoying-family”, and also here the details fit: plenty of choices, quality, freshly prepared dishes,… The reception staff was also most helpful in giving us advice on specific topics and restaurant table reservations. What about the spa? After having a nice day in Vienna, relaxing in a very beautiful spa and swimming, in a real swimming pool, and not in some oversized bath tub, makes from each day a real holiday. Coming back to my personal defintion of a good hotel. Well, you can lock me up for 24 hrs, and I don’t feel the desire to leave. Location is great and close to public transportation. Rooms are very big, as well as the beds. Host responded to everything within a couple of minutes. Very nicely decorated apartment.

We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.

I absolutely loved my stay in Ruby’s. The staff is amazing! The brunet girl of the morning shift (I’m not sure of her name) she is absolutely incredible, extremely friendly, super polite and very helpful, and Mike (the night shift bartender) is the most easy going guy I’ve ever met! Super friendly as well and extraordinarily kind ! Thanks to everyone and I’ll definitely come back to Vienna on summer and when I do I’ll not think twice, I’m staying in Ruby Marie for sure!
