Martin has been very gentle, available to explain and assist when needed. The location is ok because is a bit out of the center, but well connected via metro or tram (if you prefer to enjoy some city view while going). Shops are there for you to buy, kitchen has the basic things to cook, if needed, working washer is there, no problem for us (traveled with 3 kids)

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

This is authentic, unusual place to stay, it’s like visiting your grandparents :). The building itself is beautiful, goes back to 19 century, ceiling in the apartment is at least 4 m high. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for long stay. The bed is comfy and location is convient to get to the city center and any sightseeing places. Martin, the owner, is available to provide any information. I’d come back with pleasure.

Staff were very helpful, property was exactly as described, really clean hotel, very close to metro station, lots of eating places nearby, could use trams and metro to go see Vienna and to go back to the train station. They have a coffee shop open 24 hrs for you to have coffees, drinks and desserts which we had twice and the standard and price was very reasonable.
