The host is very well organized and his instructions were perfect. The apartment is beautiful, and it had everything we needed. The heating worked excellent and the apartment is very clean. I especially liked the system of entering and exiting the building where everything was with code, we didn't have to depend on the host and he didn't have to wait for us to give us key.
The location is also good. 2 min walk from large Billa supermarket and tram station. The U3 station is also very close, walking distance. All in all great experience.

We liked everything. Radio in the bathroom is cool.
Slanted ceiling with windows, just like at parents home, lots of natural light. Cozy, warm and welcoming.

Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour.
In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host.
The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away.
I highly recommend this place!

Great apartment in a great location.A lot of take aways in the area, all public transport at maximum 3 minutes of walking and the best is the S7 line to airport at 10 minutes walking in straight line.(+Penny,Bila,Lidl,DM also on walking distance)
Quiet building with all the amenities.
Big apartament.
I will come back when I will revisit Vienna.

The apartment is very big, comfortable, clean, full of utilities, very nice and cozy. Probably the best apartment for price I have ever been to. Owner was really nice and welcoming as well. Definitely would reccomend.
