This was the best hotel I've been to this year. The room, although it seems old. Everything is clean, everything is there. The breakfasts are amazing! I haven't stayed in a long time so delighted with the breakfast service and the great view of Vienna! I can safely recommend the hotel for booking!

We celebrated a birthday in Austria and booked a room in this hotel. Everything was lovely. The room exceed our expectations. Awesome breakfast: fresh bread, croissants, salmon, fruits + a menu options. Omelette and Eggs Benedict are highly recommended. Apart from that we got a free Prosecco as a starter to celebrate a birthday)) It was nice surprise. The hotel is located in the historical center. Most popular touristic places are available by foot: no need to buy tickets for tram or bus + good exercises. I would like to say big thanks to the service for their great work. I would return to this lovely hotel once again, for sure!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a prompt and friendly staff, making us feel comfortable immediately. We received all the necessary information and guidance about the surrounding area, attractions, and restaurants.
We were pleasantly surprised with Austrian wines, water, and other complimentary beverages in our room, along with a dessert and a handwritten welcome card from the hotel management—this already confirmed that our choice was the right one.
The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed it every day of our stay. The staff also assisted us with reservations at the restaurants they recommended, even securing a special table at a Michelin Guide restaurant, which impressed us even more.
In short, highly recommended. Congratulations to the hotel team—you are doing an outstanding job!
