To be able to cook independently with the kitchenette. This reduces our travel expenditure by a lot. Plus point is that it is near south Yarra station, hence when I don't use the car, I can easily travel to other places via public transport. It was also great to have access to laundry utilities for the clothes.

The facility is very good with new beds and linen a good choice of pillows , the location is priceless with public transport ( trams or trains ) only 150m approx away… the local shopping is brilliant and there are more food outlets in the vicinity than we could attend , also there are grocery stores very close by
