Amazing luxury and very friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had! The room had an amazing view of Darling Harbour. The small hotel bar was wonderful for a glass of wine in the evening.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely feel and reception area reflects the rooms. Bed was truly comfortable!!! A huge plus! Not hard or soft mattress but just right! No inner spring cheap beds. Housekeeping staff were lovely and accomodating. TV actually has ability to stream. Wifi was great. Loved the pool! Close to CBD!

Good location right in front of Darling Harbour where Vivid Sydney was happening. Great facilities but if the heated pool is a little bit hotter it would be much better to swim during winter. Got an upgrade to corner room which was really nice.

On arrival ,we were met by Sam at reception ,He was very welcoming ,warm and very professional ,he advised us on places to see and eat ,they have their own restaurant there and food was exceptional we had breakfast and lunch ,,food was of very high quality and delicious. Our room was very comfortable and the house keeping staff did a fantastic job as the room was so clean ,it also had tea making facilities and water , Over all we totally enjoyed our stay and will stay here when visiting sydney again , Again thanks Sam ,and staff for a very enjoyable two days.
