The room was lovely, very well appointed, with great views over the harbour. We did a walk in the afternoon up to the lighthouse, which was very easy considering our lack of fitness! We ordered fish and chips in our room, which was delivered very promptly and was extremely yummy! Daisy, the receptionist who checked us in, has chosen the profession that suits her perfectly! We left our luggage for some hours, as the room wasn't ready when we arrived at 10am, and Daisy kept us well informed about the status of our room. Our luggage was very secure, and delivered to our room when it became available.

Fantastic location, so close to downtown Sydney, exactly what we wanted! Staff were very friendly and attentive without being too invasive. Facilities in the room were superb. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

The hotel has this beautiful grand lobby which feels like entering a grand palace. The people are so kind and really are here to make your stay amazing. The swimming pool on the 22nd is beautiful and it’s great to get a drink there. The breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose from. Also very convenient located at the BTS and getting quickly around.

Everything! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, the food was top notch, the room was elegant,spacious and well thought out and the zoo was special. The view of downtown Sydney couldn't be beat. It might be the best place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled throughout Europe and North America.

Great staff,great facilities, great location! Quiet and beautiful accommodation, the room was small but smartly designed to be convenient and had everything we needed. The overall design is modern, vivid, and felt welcoming. Nice quiet yet central neighbourhood, sits perfectly between bondi beach and the CBD. Great value for money.
