The location for us was perfect because we took the train to Antwerp and the hotel was across the street and down about a block. We were taking the train again to Holland so again, so easy for us. We super appreciated how easy the checkin was. Although our room was not ready, they assigned us a room and stored our luggage while we went for lunch. They were helpful in helping us choose a place to go for lunch as well. We were really pleased with the room, and the comfort of the beds plus the lighting options and a great shower. We had a little trouble with the Nespresso in the room but did not ask for help until we checked out. There was a turn on button we did not see, so our fault. Next time we will ask sooner.

We had a great stay, the property was very well located close to the Rail Station. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent! Hannah at reception was exceptional in helping us to understand the layout of the city and attractions, absolutely excellent customer service!

Comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable and a walking distance to the central train station and the main attractions. Free parking is a bonus although it is at the other side of the street. The enclosed carpark is rather old but safe since you need to activate the garage door using the provided key. Communication with host is excellent. She provides prompt answers and is very friendly. Great to have a washing machine!

Slept well and good shower. Excellent breakfast. Walkable but good public transport. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just outside of Antwerp central station. I received a really lovely large room with an amazing view of the historical building of the train station. I very much enjoyed my stay, Breakfast buffet was good, check out was very quick and easy. I will definitely return.
