Such a beautiful property. Our room No 2 was huge! So spacious. The family who run the business are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making us feel at home.

22B&B is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Ingrid and Piet are kind and friendly hosts. They strive to make people's stay and time in Antwerp wonderful and memorable. The day before I travelled to Antwerp, I received a nice welcome message on WhatsApp providing me with the information and directions I needed to reach 22B&B. The next day when I reached 22B&B, I was warmly welcomed. The room I was staying in was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The lights in the room were smart/dimmable lights which I thought was nice. The hosts care about sustainability. There were some good information books on Antwerp as well in the room. If I had any questions about Antwerp or the sights/places I could visit, I would ask Ingrid and Piet and they would help me with the best advice on all things Antwerp related. They had plenty of maps, brochures, and information resources about Antwerp. The breakfast was delicious. One morning during breakfast, they were playing Max Richter's music. I happen to like Max Richter's music so that made me happier! The location and neighbourhood are nice and quiet. It took about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city center or Antwerp Central station, so I only walked and I had no problems. There is a tram station close to 22B&B if one needs to use public transport to get to somewhere in the city. There is a grocery store called Jumbo (popular chain in Belgium and the Netherlands) close to the location which was convenient too. 22B&B had a lovely personality. The atmosphere was always happy and friendly. Staying here really made my trip to Antwerp all the better. Thanks to Ingrid and Piet for being so hospitable. If I ever come back to Antwerp (and I probably will as it is such a beautiful city), I hope I can stay at 22B&B again.

The apartment is great, very comfortable, in a great location, quiet and in a walking distance to the train station and city center. There is a free parking garage available, which was a huge plus. Hosts were very helpful and answered all the messages promptly.

Immaculate hotel, beautiful design that made the whole building feel warm and welcoming. Little extra touches really went to help some of the in-built elements - for example, a small elevator was offset by thoughtful access design and VERY helpful staff and the Breakfast area was a little cramped but again, offset by helpful design and warm features that made it feel more classy than the cost implied.

Good location, you have everything close to you, new and clean apartament, staff was very nice and kind, we had very very good comunication!!!! We wish to come back sometime Thank you

There was a Shabbat Modus with the light, the key available , it was fitting for Shabbat and Jom tov, the appartement is comfortable and clean. The customer service reaction to the request is quick.

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. Lovely outdoor space. Restaurant smelt great. Good location, close walking distance to station, and to town. Nice being alittle out on the edges to try more local vibe. I arrived early and I could check in. Was able to leave bags when I checked out. Lots of nice coffee places close by, good coffee. Cute chocolate shop on the corner and a decent supermarket too to get your supplies of beer to take home.
