Very good location, 5 minutes walk to Midi Station (metro, train). Breakfasts not included. Apartment No. 2 at the 2nd floor is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided, simply great. Nobody bothered us whatsoever, the neighborhood is neutral / rather friendly. Apartment is located near Lidl if you need groceries, also Carrefour Express is available at Midi Station. Please be careful when climbing steep steps in the building. Door code and key box work very well. Midi Station apartment staff was invisible, though caring and doing everything in due time. Good job, Midi Station :-)

24x7 reception, easy to use storage locker, and walkable distance from the Brussels Midi/Zuid station are all extremely convenient for travelers using the Eurostar. The rooms were more spacious than how it appears on the photo. The bunk-beds had "guards" so younger children can also use them (and they usually want to!) without the worry of falling off. The restaurants in and near the hotel is also open until late. Walkable distance to the main tourist attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The kids loved the comic themes!

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Price was definitely right as well. We didn't use the restaurant but there are countless restaurants located within a half hour walk of the hotel. The neighbourhood is very lively but our room was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Most important fact for me, is that the Hotel looked pretty clean for me. The size of the room was good. Bathroom was OK. The Breakfast had not a big variety, but since it had some important for me stuff, I was fine. Overall I think it 7/10 stars worth, which would be fine in this price range. So why give 10/10 stars? I think the professionalism and service of Cristina at the reception is worth an upgrade of 3 stars: so 10 stars, that it for me.
