The room was very beautiful & exceeded all my expectations: stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. I was traveling alone, so the transparent bathtub wasn’t an issue at all. But even if you’re staying as a couple, there’s no need to worry - the glass isn’t fully clear: it’s frosted halfway up at eye level, so it still feels private. One of the best breakfasts in Brussels for a 4-star hotel stay - balancing taste, comfort, and service quality in the ZEYYA restaurant. It took me 20 minutes on foot to reach the city center, a pleasant walk through cozy streets.

Our spacious triple room was at the 27th floor with a nice view. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub while the WC was separate. The breakfast was excellent (36 Euros) but would be perfect if included some cakes. The hotel is very near to the train station. the pedestrian zone with the shopping street and the Grand Place.

A nice place, perfect for solo travellers. Basic but comfortable room, no TV. I had a nice view to the garden :) The shared shower was a nice surprise: every shower has a small hall and it can be locked so you have privacy. Hot water, good pressure. Breakfast was basic, cold buffet - similar to Ibis where I had paid 9 euros.. I walked everywhere, only once took the subway from Madou. The area is safe yet I did not walk alone late at night. In Saint Josse square, 5 min walk from the accomodation you can find very good take away fries and a Delhaize market with affordable prices. Close to the European district and the central square. All in all, very good value for the money, I'd stay here again. A big thank you for hospitality!

Eric was an outstanding host, providing excellent suggestions for exploring the city. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring freshly baked bread daily, homemade jam and yogurt, and refreshing orange juice. The added bonus of his two friendly cats made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay.
