Location, rooms and members of staff. I always stay there when I stop in Gent because I can park the van near the hotel which is a plus for Gent, especially because of the low emission zone in town.
Never had breakfast cause I usually leave early in the morning

Luxurious, even if in an old building. In the city center, with connections to all places and plenty of restaurants around.

Lovely room, location and staff. It’s a 3-4 minute walk from the central station which was a convenient spot for us. The staff was very helpful and they can keep your luggage after you check out. Absolutely zero noise from the street at night. The rooms were very clean and overall the hotel feels comfortable and put together. Amazing value for the price!

Nice decoration, spacious room and great breakfast (almost hotel equivalent offering: bread, muffin, fruits, yogurt, egg, pancake, cheese, orange juice, coffee)! Not to mention super welcoming staff (especially Betty)!
