5 stars is not enough for this hotel! We had a clean, spacios room with a double teracce with great view on the sea. Staff was kind and made us feel home. The breakfast was amazing, therefore the price of this hotel is amazing, you get so much for your money. The restaurant is great, wide menu, fabolus dishes also very affordable and if you stay in the hotel they even give you discount.

We chose the Biljana Hotel for its beach location, view, and indoor heated pool. We want to congratulate the hotel manager for training staff to keep the level of a high-class establishment. All of the staff members are professional, efficient kind and polite, always ready to go beyond their duty to help and solve problems. They knew the standards and followed the house rules carefully, with a smile. The all-inclusive meals are tasty and varied. One can always choose fish (marinated and/or cooked), pork, beef and chicken. The warm menu (including soups) differs every day, keeping the salad choice and dessert constant. It was astonishing the hotel managed to keep the variety of choices even if there were only a few guests in-house. The spa offers a good choice of service and the indoor pool (heated to 26°C) is better than you would imagine seeing the pictures. Its size allows you to swim 50 meters if you take the whole loop! The hotel is ON the beach, so the elevator gets you right there! The room we chose had a full view over the beach, sea and old town island so it was a dream! It is seldom that a hotel has a real fridge! I mean a fridge with compressor, very silent, that can provide 4°C or less! Great choice! As for the vicinity, there is a very good supermarket 3 minutes walk away, the old town can be reached half an hour on foot. Excellent.

We loved our stay at Family Hotel Gold Pearl! Perfect location very close to the beach, small and quiet hotel without so much noise like other big hotels. Very clean, they cleaned our room every day it was perfect. Staff is very good!

Next time if I have a chance to go to Bulgaria I’ll chose Villa Gracia, we had comfortable accommodation, close to the calm beach, fully recommended

For us Irina was the best part of this place. Super kind, nice and open person. We also liked the fact that the place is pet friendly as we were traveling with our dog. The location was good (we were by car, I don't know how is it without it). There's a beach nearby. Due to cancellation at some other hotel we had to make the reservation in the night while actually being in the city, literally last minute. Optional breakfast was good, oh and the AC in the rooms too.
