The location of the hotel is located in a great spot, surrounded by lots of cafes and within walking distance of Seef Mall. The room was really lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had a suite, so the room was fairly large, a good size for a family with 2 small children, (3 and 5). The staff were amazing - they had even drawn a Christmas tree on the mirror for the kids as we were there just before Christmas Day. That really made the stay for my children!

Everything was awesome! Received a free upgrade for a larger apartment. Seef Mall is in the same building where you can buy food, change money, buy some stuff - very convenient. Cleaning was daily and on a preferred time. Nice spa, very helpful staff.

Breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly. Wifi is fast and I always found car park there. They upgraded our room because the hotel was not full of guests. Very nice gesture, thanks for everything.
