Wow! Very impressed.
- big queue at reception to check in, so they gave those waiting Prosecco while we waited.
- special shout out to Taylor one of their concierge to advise on dinner locations. We loved him!! Amazing advice.
- it was my birthday and got very spoilt… bubbles and cake awaiting me in bedroom. Upgraded to include breakfast every day. And Taylor sent a further gift of cake to our room.
- breakfast… wow! A hotel group who have moved with the times (rare). Smoothie and juice bar (including super healthy green juice), entire area for special diet options. And made to order chef items such as omelettes etc. also the coffee was great, lovely and strong… again rare for hotels!
Would stay at a Renaissance again, and 100% recommend. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much!

Cozy, clean room. There is everything for comfort, including a hairdryer and iron.
The friendly owner of the apartment, Tanya, quickly checked messages and helped resolve various issues.
Every few days the building's hotel staff cleans the room and changes the towels.
( But If you do not want the cleaning lady to come to your room without you, you need to warn in advance. )
Great location. I really liked the area. Lots of trees and flowers, beautiful streets and parks. There is a large supermarket and many restaurants nearby.
I was especially pleased with the fountain in the garden.
I'll be glad to come again.

The flat was very clean, clean towels etc, spacious enough for one or two people with little kitchenette if needed. Good shower pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was straight forward. Very responsive communication via the booking.com messaging platform. Restaurants and shops very near by. I didn't get to try the hotel restaurant.

Small studio apartment in a good location. There is a metro, a bus, a supermarket and a clinic nearby. The area is safe. The studio has been recently renovated. There are many shelves to put things. I really like how the windows open. I had never seen such a system before. The owner was kind, we communicated on WatsApp. We were allowed to leave our bags in the room after check out. Guests have access to a swimming pool with very convenient working hours from 7 am to 10 pm, gym, shared kitchen, shared lounge. The apartment is located on the 17th floor and has a nice view, which is quite rare for Sao Paulo. There is an iron and a hair dryer. The security system for entering the building is very strict. Fast WI-FI.
