Communication was good and check in was simple. A very comfortable and clean space. They allowed us to store our bags after check out which was very much appreciated. Very close to a supermarket.

Cleanliness & Attention to Detail: The apartment was spotlessly clean with fresh sheets, quality toiletries, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of.
Outstanding Service: Ananda, the building manager, was exceptional - always available, incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction really made the difference.
Security & Safety: The building has excellent security with a 24/7 security guard inside the building and another security guard stationed outside at the entrance. They carefully monitor who enters and exits, and the outside guard even helps ensure you safely get into your Uber or taxi.
Fully Equipped: The apartment had everything I could possibly need - a great coffee machine, complete kitchen with all pots, pans, and utensils. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Location & Comfort: The apartment is very well-located with a beautiful view, and the space itself is comfortable and inviting.
This place offers excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting São Paulo!
