The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

The owner is really really nice and helpful! I thought the value for money was really good and they even upgraded me to a bigger room free of charge. They checked me in early and stored my bags during the day after I had checked out. Location is within walking distance of everything.
