The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and they responded swiftly and professionally to all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay there again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Very convenient location with walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in downtown. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, also a large convenient store and supermarket in 2-3 min. Rooms are very new, clean and spacious. Cleaning staff was efficient. I went for breakfast for about half an hour and the room was already tidied when i came back. Front desk staff were helpful too, with my experience of asking a late check-out and calling a taxi.

Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!
