Very new and private facility, would totally come again and recommend to friends. Location is also pretty good, around 15-20 mins drive to Metrotown or Richmond. The bed sheet had small area of yellow stain on it and little hair, it was the only thing. Everything else was pretty much very good! Love it overall.

Very modern, very comfortable, very clean, access to Netflix and other programs on TV, kitchen filled with the basics, including sauces, oil, salt and pepper, etc, for cooking. Extremely easy to access on arrival and hosts responded via message immediately if you had any questions. Sometimes you could hear people walking upstairs, but that did not bother us, as it was during the day, never at night when we were sleeping.

Chinh. Was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome straight away. The location was brilliant and the garden area was perfect for us. Travel into the city only took around 35 minutes via bus and sky train so the location of our property was perfect for a base to explore Vancouver, which is beautiful. The facilities were spot on and extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit Vancouver. Thank you for hosting us Chinh.

The guest house was immaculately clean! There is a washer and dryer which is very handy and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to make a meal. The area is quiet and pretty and felt safe and is quite close to shopping and restaurants but probably most convenient if you have a car. There is street parking and we didn't have a problem finding a spot right in front. Nice selection of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The customer service of this hotel is top notch. Gym is spacious with everything you need for a nice workout. There is an Illy coffee machine in the room and good quality toiletries. There is also a very nice onsite restaurant aside from others that are within the vicinity. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations, restaurants, money exchange, shopping center. This hotel is one reason I would go back to Vancouver.

The room was very nice. The location was ideal on Robson street. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna also. The reception and concierge were very nice and helpful with the parking and finding restaurants.
