THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION VERY FRIENDLY, KIND & HELPFUL. THEY EVEN GAVE US ELECTRIC BICYSCLES FOR FREE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. THE BED EXTREMELY COMPFORTABLE. WE RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING VANCOUVER.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.
The room was large and gave us the extra facilities for eating in.
The view from the queen suite was wonderful.
