It was a perfect place to sleep after a long trip. Everything was very clean, good location and nice people. We arrived late around 23pm but the check in was easy.

Good place to stay in Basel. All needed in a walk distance, including COOP supermarket. The room has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a safe. So all packed, everything is fine. The stuff is exceptional, always there to help.

This place is a fantastic choice for its price, quality, and location. Perfect for those who prefer self check-in and just need a spot to shower and sleep. Everything you need is within walking distance, and it’s easy to reach the train station, explore the historic center, or visit shops and restaurants. I also want to highlight that during the online check-in, I had a little trouble completing the tourist tax payment. The support team responded very quickly and explained everything clearly, step by step. I’m truly grateful for Maryem’s help, it made the process so much easier))
