The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast divine and the room was really nice and clean.

The check-in staff was friendly and helpful, especially the blond young guy (I’m sorry I didn’t take his name). There were a crazy hot sauna which was pretty necessary after the freezing cold of Basel. The bed was sooooo comfy.

The hotel is centrally located, with the center just a short walk away, and tram lines right outside the door. The single room and its bed are both pretty generously sized, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff at both reception and the restaurant could not have been more accommodating. This will be home base when visiting Basel in the future.

Since the discovery of this hotel (three years ago), each time I'm in Basel, I stay here. The location is fantastic, it's clean, very comfortable, and the staff is always very friendly.
