Exceptionally good hotel with the best location you can ask for. On-site facilities were great with a restaurant and bar, and lounging area outside. Rooms beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and good noise insulation which is importing for a large and lively hotel. Parking on site is expensive but worth the convenience, with concierge service upon arrival.
Location can't be beat. 2 minutes walk from the old city across one of the most beautiful bridges. Close to restaurants from all directions. Just lovely.

+ Fantastic and calm location ( very close to the bus stop and the bern central railway station. It takes just 3 minutes to reach the bern central station from that bus stop. Buses to that stop are very frequentand we need not wait for more than 10 minutes)
+ Great and healthy breakfast with buffet system. The breakfast buffet included boiled eggs, crossaints, bread varieties, cheese varieties, butter varieties, bread toasters, oats, musli, warm milk, honey, etc .
+ The tea/coffee machine is available for 24 hours and is free for use. This is really great. The machine also gives warm milk for free.
+ The hotel is cleaned regularly and all the common areas, shared bathroom and shared toilets were clean and well maintained in a hygienic manner.
+ The hotel had a lift facilitiy and it was easy to carry luggage to the room in top floors.
+ the people in reception were friendly and helpful.

Super close to Wankdorf hall which was the reason for the booking. Amazing and friendly staff, the rooms were great for our short stay. I will return for sure.
