Totally seamless online check-in and keyless access. Everything was spotless, and the room design was incredible -- hands down the best family suite I've seen. Loads of room for a family of four, and I can imagine staying there for several days (or even weeks) quite comfortably, as there's a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and storage throughout. Big eating area, very spacious, comfortable beds (on the firmer side, though) -- 10/10. Also, there's a huge common area on the same floor as the suites, with self-serve breakfast, espresso, and plenty of comfortable seating. When we arrived, there were a few people enjoying a beverage together, and in the morning there were some folks co-working over coffee -- all very comfortable, and quiet enough that we didn't hear a thing from our room. Fair warning, I didn't see a single staff person during my visit. For me this was quite welcome, as we were arriving very late and the online check-in/check-out saved us a lot of time. But might seem odd at first -- and probably not ideal if you're a traveler who likes having a concierge on hand.

The room was very spavious and clean, all like on the pictures, evrything is with the last word of technology. We liked it! the staff is very responsive. Staff also allowed us to early cheked in and gave good advices on what to visit. We highly recommend this hotel. There was also a code for the free public transport.

I like the place because it is newly renovated. Pretty convenient and very clean hotel. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Providing free of charge coffee, tea and etc. is very cute. Using the tram nearby the city center is easily reached. The neighborhood is also pleasant and quiet with some restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and was just my type of food. Definitely I would use the hotel again if I have the chance.
