I like the place because it is newly renovated. Pretty convenient and very clean hotel. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Providing free of charge coffee, tea and etc. is very cute. Using the tram nearby the city center is easily reached. The neighborhood is also pleasant and quiet with some restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and was just my type of food. Definitely I would use the hotel again if I have the chance.

I really enjoyed my stay. The studio is small but very well equipped — it has everything you might need, including a fully stocked kitchenette with new plates, cutlery, a kettle, coffee machine, and a fridge. Everything felt clean, modern and well maintained, including the bathroom. The location is also excellent: right next to Wankdorf station, from where it only takes about 3 minutes to reach Bern city center. There is even a supermarket in the same building, which is extremely convenient, especially for fresh salads, soups, juices and other ready-to-eat options. Last but not least, the staff was truly wonderful. I had a few requests during my stay, and although not everything could be fixed immediately, the manager was very kind, responsive and genuinely tried her best to help. When I mentioned at checkout that one issue hadn’t been resolved, she handled it with great professionalism and generosity. I really appreciated the way she took care of the situation — excellent service! Overall, a very practical and comfortable place to stay.
